My family stayed for two nights and we wished our stay was longer. The kids enjoyed the pool, beach, water activities and we enjoyed the restaurants as well. It was great that a lot of the extras was pleasantly surprised

Staff was helpful. Food and service were excellent. For the price, $1800 for 3 nights, we expected a top- notch experience. The first night we were there, Fire Alarm went off 3 times starting at 3am. Website never mentioned the remodeling that was occurring in 1 wing of the hotel. Constant chipping hammers throughout the day. Quite annoying. Usually, if there is construction, at the very least, the Hotel’s website mentions it. Sometimes the price will be reduced. Neither occurred. Third, our room never got cleaned. We were out of the room by 9am every day and were usually back around 4pm, at which time we’d put the Do not Disturb sign up. You would think that the Hotel would at least inquire if we wanted it cleaned. Everything else was adequate.
