Zipolite全包假期

I stayed with my husband for 4 nights, and the front receptionists were unhelpful. After having to move us rooms because the one we paid had a broken AC (of which we had to stay one night in the blazing heat), they told us they would move us to a better room, which was a lie. After pointing out the price difference, which they weren’t going to do if we hadn’t mentioned it, at the check-out process they were not going to address the voucher. They reached out to me outside the resort to sort it out but all of the inconveniences had already happened. The resort itself is beautiful and the amenities are great, but the overall service was disappointing.

Polite and helpful staff. Fast room service. Varied buffet offerings. Premium level offers 24-hour room service and a mini bar that is replenished daily.

Todo estuvo excelente

Es bueno. Le falta un poco de pintura. Se ve un poco deteriorado.

Having a hotels.com gold status, I thought I was going to get a room upgrade as the property clearly was at half capacity or less… I even asked about the upgrade but was flatly denied. I have received upgrades in the past at other properties but not at this resort… Other than that, resort is fabulous, in my opinion.
