Fuerteventura Beach Vacations

Clean hotel, well maintained. Staff were helpful and the room was cleaned everyday. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good, much better than expected! Will definitely stay again. My only issue were the mosquitos in the room at night. Finally realised they were coming in through the gap at bottom of the door.

The most unique thing about this hotel is the complete lack of decent a/c throughout the whole hotel! No a/c in any of the communal areas and barely adequate in the rooms…and we know as our party of 3 sisters changed 3 rooms, had to ask to change from our allotted suite to temporary rooms on the first night and were hot all night despite the ac being ‘on’ and the next morning we accepted it was the case in all the rooms and just wanted to start our 4 night holiday of which the first night had already been ruined! We were not told that water would not be replenished and we would have to refill at the provided water stations, which is not a problem had we been told at check in!

A very average stay. If you’re after a quiet, by the pool holiday and are fine with average quality accommodation at a cheap price, this is a great hotel choice for you. It’s very remote, the beach is a 20-25 minute walk away and everything we wanted to do was located a €80-€90 round trip away at the port. Our room was fine, but basic. It wasn’t cleaned for two days so we had to request this at reception when we found a cockroach in there. The food choice is good, although the pool bar choices are limited. A fair variety of drinks available throughout the day for the all inclusive drinks which were good and the choice of three pools were decent! Very little/to no entertainment - a lot of the guests said it was a boring place to stay and I agree. I wouldn’t return but if you like dipping in the pool and just reading a book, consider staying. Staff were fairly attentive.

Excellent location in the Jandia peninsula and a short walk from the beach (be prepared for a steep uphill walk back). I was mostly out during the day exploring the island. With a car, this was a very good base for some beautiful beaches, both on the east and west coasts. The hotel provides covered parking for a fee, or there is free parking on the main road outside the hotel. Pool was good with plenty of sun beds - although I went in September and can imagine this gets crowded in the summer holidays. I didn’t use the bars so can’t comment on that, but the buffet restaurant has enough variety and is of good quality (within all-inclusive expected standards). Again, it does get busy so I can see the summer months being a different experience. There are snacks (salads, burgers and pizzas) poolside too - again I didn’t really use this but good to tide you over between lunch and dinner if need be. I would stay at this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
