Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely location

Went to the hotel last Friday upon arrival looks run down, got to our room it was spacious but absolutely filthy, the phone was broken when I tried to call reception, bathroom was so dated and dirty,the toilet was filthy and the shower was rusted and dirty( a worker cleaned the bathroom at 9:40pm and finished at 10:20pm) the pillows had which looked like blood or sick on both beds,the walls had dust up them,one of the lights were loose on the wall, my family and I didn't even sleep on Friday night kids were walking on carpet with only socks on and their socks were dirty justby walking on it, on Saturday the room was cleaned and pillows were replaced and the light on the wall tightened, we couldn't be moved room as there were none available, the room should have been cleaned before check in ,it was totally unacceptable, the staff were helpful and breakfast was fine

A wonderful stay with professional and friendly staff. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful property, only wish the stay were longer!

The room was spotless. only thing i would say was there was no bottled water in the room but i seen on our second night they sell it behind reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. The swimming pool was great. it’s a very family friendly hotel. The food was excellent. we will definitely be back again.
