Great place if you're not on the 1st floor or next to the pool. Constant flow of people and noises. We were moved to a higher floor which was much better.

Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed our vacation, but the hotel could definitely use some cosmetic updates and more attention to cleanliness. The room was decent, but there were areas that felt worn and could benefit from refreshing. One of our biggest disappointments was that we lost our son’s shoes during our stay, and unfortunately, no effort or assistance was offered by the staff to help us locate them. The pool was also extremely overcrowded because many people without hotel wristbands appeared to be using the facilities. As paying guests, it was frustrating to see the pool so packed with what seemed to be non-hotel visitors. Another negative experience was at the Starbucks inside the hotel. The older blond woman working there was consistently unfriendly and came across as very rude, which was disappointing. Lastly, our balcony/terrace was covered in bird droppings and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival, making it unpleasant to use. The hotel has great potential and is in a nice location, but with better upkeep, stricter enforcement of pool access, improved customer service, and more attention to cleanliness, it would provide a much better guest experience.

Is a good place to have vacation

Its the only hotel we choose to stay at in OC... still hasnt changed after this year. Always a pleasure to stay here.
