Andean Natural Region Beach Vacations

Good location and friendly staff. However, old hotel not compatible to a 4 star hotel. A few issues: - there were hair in the room when I checked in. - broken window locker in the bathroom and couldn’t fully open it. - they were not replacing the fruits during breakfast even arriving at 8:30am (breakfast goes from 7-10am). - I left for dinner by stairs and saw a woman sitting on the 2nd floor. She looked disturbed and nervous when she saw me. I had to go back to my room (at 3rd floor) to pick up a stuff and found the door fully open with the same woman who was sitting at the stair looking very agitated and trying to get inside the room in front of mine (she was constantly repeating that she was trying to get in her room and asking for help). Hotel said that she was just lost and trying to find her room, but very suspicious from what I described above. I was lucky that I came back to my room within a window of 5-10 min. Didnt feel safe at all.
