For this hotel you have to choose the executive building (new building) instead of the deluxe, which is very small and old. I had to just pay and upgraded my family to a one bedroom suite at the new wing, not going to stay in a 80’s looking congested room. As with everything else, service and VN standard and access into the island is very well arranged. The stars are for the deluxe room (old wing); the one bedroom grand suite which we paid for later on was perfect

"Arrived pier at 12:00. Got in room at 2:00pm. Toilets not flush properly. No full size mirrors. Everything else was good. My family enjoyed the stay."
