Enjoyed our stay! Room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable. We had an event at the Pabst theater and we were able to get there without leaving the building. Many restaurants around either walking distance or short Uber ride away. Would definitely stay again.

All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of resort but the best part….was the horse riding trail great staff there and horses are gentle ! Won’t stay here again, unfortunately not worth the money to stay there!

I had a wonderful stay at The Pfister Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the accommodations were comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. I also had the opportunity to dine at the steakhouse, which was a great experience — the food and atmosphere were both outstanding. One of the highlights of the stay was the pool, which really stood out as a very nice amenity and added to the overall enjoyment of the weekend. I appreciated the hospitality and would gladly return for another stay.
