Everything was good … nice location

i have very mixed feelings about my experience at this property. My traveling companion and I were staying there two nights. We had expressly requested and reserved a room with two twin beds because for various reasons we cannot and do not sleep in the same bed. But when we arrived, the hotel had us in a room with only one bed. When we objected, they told us that they could have housekeeping separate it into two beds, so we agreed. We got to the room and when housekeeping showed up, they did NOT physically separate the bed into two beds (turns out it was a single mattress that could not be physically separated), and instead they "made" the king bed up with two separate sets of twin sheets. This was not acceptable. We called the front desk to complain and they said that they did not have any rooms with two separate beds and that was the best they could do. When I said that a room with two separate beds was available on their website, they admitted that they DID have rooms with two separate beds, but that some kind of football team or event was going on and all of those people required the rooms with two separate beds and there none left for us. That made me so mad. We have been planning this special trip to Europe for a long time and I had specifically chosen THIS hotel because they had rooms with two separate beds available. Had I known that a room with 2 beds would NOT ACTUALLY be available to us, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Wonderful, very clean and secure, great beach, amazing breakfast of course I wish it was included. Restaurant service can be slow but our visit was at the busiest time of the year. This is a very very nice property highly recommend

Such a lovely hotel and perfectly situated to go sight seeing. My room was available before 3pm check in, which was lovely. I really enjoyed breakfast too.
