“We are a group of 5 ladies staying in this Superior 3-bedroom 4-bathroom Penthouse apartment for 2 nights in end Nov 2016. All bedrooms are ensuite with 1 extra guest bathroom. 1. This penthouse apartment is on the third floor in the Barcelona Block, which is spacious & bright with a private balcony & larger pool view. Access card was needed to operate the elevator and security seemed to be ensured. 2. The apartment has simple decor, clean and well maintained, though is not recently……

“The lamp in the living room didn't work (got fixed). Kitchen - didn't have many needed utensils, plates etc. We had to buy some our selves. No dishwash detergent etc. Fridge was a little bit dirty and the washing mashine was dirty. The zink in one of the bathroom was leaking. None of the shutters for the windows bedrooms were working and the curtain in one of the bedrooms didn't work. Friday and Saturday night there was very noisy from beach parties nearby.”

“The hotel is a very large one sitting in large grounds. Everything is perfectly maintained, we were early in the season and things were being cleaned, repaired and painted ready for the main season. The staff are all well dressed, friendly and helpful. The room we had on the 6th floor was fantastic and we had a good view of the sea and got every sunset. The cleaning staff were very good at their jobs and I never felt that anything would go missing. Plenty of hot water, good shower, bath too,……

“This really is a superb hotel. Location is perfect to explore the old town. The building itself is beautiful. The breakfast included is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. I had dinner one night as well at the hotel and that was delicious. If I ever come back to Marbella this is the only place I would stay. There are only 7 rooms so the service is very personalized. ”

“Das Zimmer, die Anlage, das Frühstück war gut. Was fehlte, ist Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher und Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer. Selbst auf Nachfrage nichts zu machen. ”
