BEWARE!! This place was the worst we have ever seen. We left immediately. The room was not ready at check in or even 2 hours later after waiting on it. They gave us a different room than we saw pictures of on hotels.com. It was FILTHY! Cracked floor tiles and mirror. Band aids on the furniture covering chips and dirt and hair on floor. We saw bugs!! The water for guests had green slime in it. Paint chipping and holes in the wall. Exposed wires. Very run down. The whole building was not up to code and we saw several violations (my husband is a builder and noticed immediately). Hotels.com and the hotel refuse to give me a refund so both will be reported to the FTC and my credit card. We were completely scammed and the good reviews I saw are definitely fake and when I looked further they have a ton of complaints for how its represented as being nice and clean and was a slum! Do not stay here. The staff have been so rude and refused to refund me. We left within minutes. HORRIBLE experience

Cute inn in Springlake NJ, across from the train station and park, walking distance to town and the beach. Lovely room, very comfortable bed, quiet, friendly staff on site parking. We really enjoyed our stay. They have beignets all day, coffee, tea and infused water for guests.
