Worst hotel in the entire world!!! receptionist very bad attitude. No one should stay in this hotel

The resort is located just outside of the town Cortina, but still very close to all the ski tracks and cable cars, so location wise, for the skiers are very convenient. Unfortunately my wife and I can’t ski at all so we stay there for the view, which is breathtakingly beautiful, the resort is surrounded by mountains and during winter it is like a now castle. The room is spacious and clean, we love the idea that the room looks like a little wooden cabin, feels warm and comfy. The resort is well equipped, spa, sauna you name it. But the most amazing part of the resort is it’s restaurant. We had a wonderful lunch and dinner there, the food is amazing, and I had the best beef tartar in my 30 years of life.

We love being in the center of it all! The bar in front was our local hangout and gathering spot. The view out of our window was spectacular, Then, those beautiful wood beams on the 4th floor were amazing. We found it easy to shop, eat and get to the bus stop for our daily hikes. We will be back.
