Treshnish Isles Honeymoon Packages

Excellent staff

Wonderful hotel. Our room was cozy yet large and clean. Staff was kind and friendly.

We had a 2nd floor apartment with a balcony on the river. It had plenty of space for us. It had a great view and a short walk to the train and things around the town. Communication was ok through the app messaging or a phone call. My others in no particular order are: 1) we couldn’t figure out the heat… But ended up not needing it. There are instructions but we did not have a wall control and each room had individual radiators with different controls. The living area radiator was on when we arrived and we left it that way on the lowest setting. We tested a couple of others but couldn’t get them to turn on. It’s a big place with heavy doors so I assume not just one radiator will heat the whole place. But we were actually too hot and ended up cracking a window. 2). No washcloths. We had huge towels and hand towels that we ended up using as washcloths. Not the end of the world, but throw some washcloths in there. 3). The beds were really firm and pillows were flat and not supportive (had to ball them up to make it work). I know this is subjective so take it for what it is worth, but definitely very firm which I used to be pk with. We were in Edinburgh before and had a super comfy bed. So, great location, plenty of space, easy to get around, the app system worked fine, but had the issues noted above.

Good overall, good location.

Reception staff were excellent, particularly Emily & Heather. Food was very good. Rooms are misrepresented & significantly overpriced.

Very nice and clean beautiful room great showers well placed quite and cozy

Beautiful property marred by patchy service. Staff not well trained. When late checkout at 12noon was requested, was told to pay 50GBP. Not classy.

Very nice place indeed and would definitely recommend it

It was a very comfortable stay. So much better than being in a stuffy little hotel room! Very centrally located!
