The room was nice overlooking the lagoon. But it had a smell. A musty smell everytime we walked in. I am not sure what it was from.
The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. I wo up avoid the busy time. It’s crazy!
Overall our stay at the hotel was nice. I wish the person who checked us in was more attentive and explained where things were and such. Instead, e had to figure out on our own that we needed towel cards, where the towels were and such. While we waited for our room, I watched other employees take guests around and show the things and explain the resort. So make sure you get someone more helpful.

"非常差的体验 完全不像五星级酒店 首先刚到酒店的时候check in 让我们站在那里整整等了半个小时 效率非常低下 在Expedia上订好之后还要我专门将订单信息转发email给他们 然后刚到房间发现卫生间是脏的...整个房间的桌面上都是灰 我们订的是面山的套房 外面的躺椅上都是鸟屎 没有清理 房间里面根本没有room service的餐单 spa也非常难订 第二天早上去吃早餐 10点半结束 我们迟到了大概几分钟 工作人员直接说关闭了 想吃可以回房间付钱叫room service 但其实里面还有很多人在吃饭 酒店交通特别不方便 没有任何大巴 只能坐的士 或者是当地的公共汽车 但没地方放行李 ..."
