Turks and Caicos Kid friendly Vacations

Hello, the reason I am taking time to do this review is because I feel completely ignored when I complained of how loud and bad the room was. We where told the hotel was sold out. For 2 nights after a long travel we where not able to sleep. I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manager. When I contacted Expedia and explained it took time for them to help. We waited 2 days of out vacation frustrated and tired. Finally they moved us with was nice but had to packed everything and moved. Every second counts when you save money to to on vacation and the time is wasted this way. After that we where. Manager acted upset that we contacted Expedia but we had no other choices

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The setting is simply spectacular. Miles of pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a level of tranquility that is increasingly difficult to find. Many mornings and afternoons we had long stretches of beach almost entirely to ourselves, walking or swimming in what truly felt like our own private paradise. Our beachfront villa with its private pool was exceptional. Waking up, making a coffee, and walking straight from our terrace onto the beach became our favorite daily ritual. This is not the place for loud entertainment or crowded all-inclusive vacations. It is the place to slow down, recharge, enjoy nature, and experience understated luxury with impeccable service. Thank you to the entire COMO Parrot Cay team for an unforgettable week. We are already looking forward to coming back.

The staff made my Birthday special with the personalized birthday cards and cake. The entire check in and out process was easy and efficient. Clean and quiet stay. Food options were great! Concierge was also helpful in assisting with outside activities. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for clean, quiet and relaxation. Everything was well maintained daily.

Resort is absolute perfection in truly the best paradise around food is great. Breakfast is great. Steve is great. It is the only place we will stay when we’ve been coming to Turks and Caicos highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and extremely clean, with an amazing beach view. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. A perfect place to relax and celebrate my birthday—I would definitely stay here again!
