I had an amazing stay at Point Pleasant Resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel right at home and were always available if I needed anything. One of the things I appreciated most was how safe I felt throughout my stay. As a solo traveler, that gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to truly relax and enjoy my vacation. The views were absolutely breathtaking waking up to the beautiful ocean every morning was unforgettable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I would give Point Pleasant Resort a 10/10. Between the exceptional staff, stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and the sense of safety, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the U.S. Virgin Islands!

​My wife and I recently enjoyed our first visit to St. Croix. It is a fascinating island with so much rich history; we made sure to explore the sights at Fort Frederik and Christiansted, and took in the beautiful views at Point Udall. ​The Buccaneer Resort is a lovely property, and overall, we had a good stay. The atmosphere is very quiet, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the drinks at the beach were fantastic. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. ​However, there were a few areas where our experience didn’t quite meet expectations. During our dinner at The Terrace, we found the staff to be quite slow and inattentive, even during a slower period. Regarding our accommodations, while the room was generally fine, the beds were quite firm, making it a bit difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, we were disappointed that the air conditioning stopped working entirely on our final night. ​While we enjoyed the beauty of the resort and the island, we hope these service and maintenance issues can be addressed for future guests.

I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great!

Our stay was pleasant overall. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly, and the property itself is well maintained. The only downside was the valet parking. It isn’t advertised on the website that valet is mandatory, and the $40 daily fee feels unreasonable, especially without prior notice. Additionally, the shower’s water pressure was disappointing. Despite these issues, the service and atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay.

The property is well maintained and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the private beach and the pool. The one on-site restaurant serves a variety of good food.

The rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. Only thing was the smell in the room a little musty and i am sure it was due to the moist atmosphere but luckly I had Lysol. Bar and food was terrific if you stayed in the Club. The food was amazing whether breakfast, lunchtime/snacks and late afternoon snacks or desserts.

We had a good stay at the Westin in St. John. Service is slow in the resort other than that everything else was good.
