The hotel has a great location if you’re looking for St Mark’s square proximity. Breakfast was nice. Just be aware the hotel has an annex and you may end up there. You leave the hotel, go down a short alley, through a small courtyard to their annex building. The room was ok but we would have preferred the main building. Breakfast is in the real hotel. Also, for those who care, English language tv is scarce and inconsistent.

outdated decor, in need of renovation. waaaay too busy, hundreds of people trying to use the pool/sauna

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

The property and spa were amazing. The views from the property were gorgeous. Train station was walkable and a short ride to Venice. The town was well kept with tons of shopping and eatery options. I would say this is a slept on destination and more people should visit!

We stayed at the Nolinski for 4 nights and had a marvelous time. The suite was spacious and beautiful. The entire property was gorgeous and the staff was very kind and attended to our every need. We are looking forward to our return to Venice to gorgeous hotel.

Excellent location, helpful staff. Amenities needed upgrades. The water pressure was not operating properly. Mattress was old, blankets are old needed to replacement. This would be a great hotel with a few upgrades. The breakfast is a great compliment.
