The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.

Gorgeous hotel with the friendliest staff who are very helpful and accommodating. Built in music/speakers in the bathroom was cool, bed very cozy, a little too much furniture stuffed into the room so had to move around to accommodate our luggage, but overall a lovely place to stay over Christmas 🎄excellent location, restaurant on site was superb as was the breakfast each morning.

Immaculate room beautiful standards and amazing breakfast decor stunning too. The view over the mountains from our terrace was beautiful we could see the Watz mountain. The terrace was also private and the sound proofing on the room was very impressive

We really enjoyed our stay at the Adlerhof. It's very close to the Main Train Station which was a big plus if you're walking. Proximity to the sights of Salzburg was also excellent, about a 15 minute very pleasant walk to Mirabel Gardens and even closer to the river for a stroll. Very residential feeling neighborhood with a grocery store and a few casual cafes nearby. Breakfast was very pleasant with the standard self-service offerings you'd expect. Our room felt like a dorm which was fine for us- the quad had a small kitchenette and a separate room for our teenager. Highly recommend.
