The whirlpool being out of service was a disappointment. But I was aware ahead of time it was closed. The staff made up for the closed pools.

I loved how super super clean it was not just inside the room but outside the hotelsrea and it smelled good! Keep up with that. Bathroom was superclean too! Dinner was fantastic and lots to choose from. Staff superservice minded!! Stayed one night but got to experience it very well

I was very disappointed in how I was treated. Upon my arrival I was not met with a doorman, or bellhops. There was no VIP checkin and instead of being given a Deluxe VIP room with seaview, I was given a room on the 1st floor with an obstructed sea view. I complained and the next day after 4:00pm my room was changed to the 7th floor with a sea view, and for this I was given a bottle of wine as an apology. Food is not tasty and the choices are limited. They also do not provide wash cloths, so you will need to bring your own. Staff are not helpful instead they are gaslighters and refuse to assist a VIP client, so I can't imagine how the standard clients are treated. I was in Portugal, Madrid and Barcelona and recieved excellent service at those hotels(and wash cloths). The location was the only good thing about this hotel. I would'nt recommend!
