Northern Virginia Kid friendly Vacations

Kayla at the front desk was wonderful! She made our whole trip great, from providing us with different options to eat, telling us about the hotel shuttle, and making sure we had everything that we needed. She was just grand. Hotel room itself was nice, very clean. The bathrooms, in the lobby were little nasty, but I assume that is from the constant traffic from the attached mall. Parking was tight, it cost 22/day for self parking and 40/day for valet. If you do not park in the "Hyatt" parking area, you may be at risk for having your car towed (what I was told). Overall great place to stay, would stay there again if needed.

Clean room. Ant infestation at the coffee station. Need hand soap at the sink outside the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a pleasant one night stay. Nearby shopping and location is convenient.

We stayed here as a family with two kids and had a good experience. While the hotel itself isn't brand new, it was clean and well-maintained. We booked a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which provided the perfect amount of space and privacy for our family. It was a comfortable and practical stay for anyone traveling with children. Ronna at the front desk is very friendly.
