Southeast Ohio Kid friendly Vacations

Immediately upon arrival, we ran into unprofessional staff. The front desk worker told us that they didn't have a room at check in time, saying something along the lines of "I don't know what they've been doing." Unprofessional not being ready, then talking down about another part of the team makes it worse. The maintenance on the hotel was sub-par. -There were holes left in the wall where they previously mounted items that were removed, but the holes were still there. -One wall was painted a different color. -The toilet paper holder was loose making it useless. These previous items were annoyances, but the cleanliness really dragged the place down. The towels delivered multiple days had some kind of black spots on them. The sheets were dirty. There were also bugs flying around the room - there will always be bugs everywhere, so seeing a bug in the room is not unexpected. We had more bugs in this room than we have ever experienced in the past.
