The best breakfast!! Many tables, so even if you don’t go there early, you’d find a table.

This is an honest review!!!!! From a paying customer visiting Montreal from Toronto. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would not think twice to return. Room was clean, hotel front area lobby outside clean. The staff at the front desk helpful and courtesy. I really like the room that I stayed in ( king bed with sofa) visited with my mother and two daughters. We all fit comfortably. Clean linen and had all the extras like dishes, stove, fridge , towels, soap, body wash, the list can go on. Spacious room at a relatively affordable price. But I have to take the time to shout out the staff that put the breakfast together!! Outstanding. They work very hard. They ensure food is out , presentation of the food looks presentable and the area is kept clean and safe for all guest. They restock right away , clear the dishes so that it’s not left out. Walking back and forth. Was quietly watching. Has I waited for my family to come down to checkout Hugette - one of the staff members ( didn’t get the other workers name unfortunately) but her smile, her attitude and her ability to work while engaging with the guest to ensure they are comfortable is something. Way to go Residence Inn Laval !!!!!

La chambre était bien propre! L’employé a été très désagréable ds sa façon d’aborder mon frère qui est vieux et à mobilité réduite. J’avais pris le temps de les appeler avant son arrivée.
