The staff were very helpful, the property and the room were beautiful. I'd highly recommend Breaffy House.

This was a repeat stat. We had multiple issues with the parking which is frustrating. We tried to order food in the bar and waited 20 minutes and nobody even took our order (the bar was not busy). We wanted to use the laundry service described on the website amd was told it wasnt available. While some of the staff were really lovely there was such inconsistency in service amd that was frustrating. Our rooms were very clean but the mattresses are getting old and not comfortable and the travel cot I was given was very worn. We have stayed here multiple times but this time we agreed that for our next trip we would look at alternatives

This was a perfect stay for ending our visit to Ireland and leaving from Shannon Airport. The front desk person was outstanding in resolving a misunderstanding we had, and she made me want to come again.

I like the location and the space. Breakfast is always hot and fresh. Staff were respectful. I would highly recommend this hot.

Clean, spacious room. Easy to find and parking garage attached to hotel. Delicious breakfast available for purchase. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to several restaurants, shops and pubs. Enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed longer. Nice area with plenty to do.

Nice hotel. Great food. Mattresses very hard. Not in walking distance from most of the attractions. On a very busy street. No Irish people at the hotel or most of the nearby stores, restaurants, etc. Use hop on/hop off bus to see attractions since most are on the south side of the river, and the hotel is on the north side.
