Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. We particularly wishes to thank the front desk because they helped to organize a wonderful vineyard visit for me and my wife. We had a wonderful time in Siena.

房間分佈合理，除shower room is a bit small.酒店餐廳的食物唔錯，在那裡食到有質素的 pizza. 另外，早餐，選擇ok多，質素好好，尤其是甜品。酒店有一貼心的地方是，在離開前，送上一袋小禮物，包括一枝水和小食，十分細心。

what a wonderful hotel, won't regret staying in this hotel!!!!!!!!

The hotel is located beside Ponte Vecchio which is very onvenience for shopping and sight seeing. The view from the room is great as the view of the Fiume Arno can be viewed from the room itself. The staff is very helpful as well.

免費給升級了，很好！ 典雅的外觀，很漂亮！ 整體都住得不錯！ 員工亦很好服務！ 唯獨都是典型意大利酒店問題，缺乏熱水器！
