9/10 Wonderful! (1,972 reviews)

Clean and tidy property. The staff both dont want to be there and are rude to customers. I was told the room wasn’t available for check in until 4 pm. The sign said 3pm as did the key card! I came back after 7pm No sleep in - house keeping banging the door at 7am for a one night stay. They want you out as soon as possible. Sadly they have no real competition so can be very poor quality and folks have no real choice to go elsewhere and that shows. If you can stay somewhere else, do it.
