I had terrible problems setting the date for my stay - the site kept changing the date every time I set it. After 8 or 10 tries it finally looked right so I paid. I just returned to my computer this week and found that it was changed AGAIN and was set for the wong date - I was reserving for Friday August 7, 2026 and it set the date for three days earlier and I was charged and now find I will have to find another room for the correct date. This has happened before and when I tried to make a reservation by phone, I was insulted and told it had to be on line and that the person would NOT accept a phone reservation. I am unhappy at the very least and this is twice I have paid a premium price for NO USE. I am NOT of the computer generation and do NOT have the technological knowledge to deal with this.
