Zimmer sauber und sehr geräumig, wenngleich auch etwas altmodisch nach meinem Geschmack. Dusche und Toilette getrennt - praktisch. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Preis für das was geboten wird m.E. viel zu hoch Kleiner Indoor Pool war während unseres Aufenthalts "überfüllt" bzw auch zu laut da Familien mit Kindern. Keine Möglichkeiten für öffentlichen Außenbereich zum Sitzen oder Baden. Frühstück nichts besonders und von (mittlerweile) durchschnittlicher Qualität - Vollautomat und Aufbackbrötchen.

A true hidden gem! I’ve tried many 5 star hotels around Europe, but this one.. This one is honestly in a different league above the others. I really felt welcome here and taken care of. From the very first walk in, where the staff offered a welcome drink in the bar while checking in, to the restaurant where you have your own table throughout your stay. Here, you are not just handed over your room key and told where your room is. No, here the lovely staff will walk you to your room while explaining about the facilities and the hotel, letting you in no doubt about anything. Everything is just clean and maintained, from the room to the pools, the big spa area and the restaurant. Everywhere. I’m honestly a little perfectionist and always find something that can be improved - but not here. I didn’t manage to find one single thing, which is quite annoying :-) Here’s really a true space for relaxation and detachment from normal everyday-life. When it comes to the food. It’s amazing, no matter if it’s breakfast or dinner. I haven’t had such a good steak for years, and the desserts - perfect! Both the Michelin Key and the Michelin Star are absolutely deseved! No doubt about that. One thing is for sure. I’ll be back.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem sehr sauberen Hotel mit tollem Zimmer u. sehr bequemem Bett. Der Schwimmbad- und Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön und auch für Kinder gibt es viele Spielmöglichkeiten wie Kletterwand, Spieltische und Indoor-Spieleturm. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das durchweg freundliche Personal – vom Service über die Reinigungskräfte bis hin zum Chef, der die Gäste persönlich begrüßt. Sehr angenehm fanden wir auch die feste Tischzuteilung für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Das Abendessen mit Buffet und À-la-carte-Auswahl war sehr lecker und hochwertig. Leider gab es auch einige Kritikpunkte. Der Umgang mit Feedback an der Rezeption (junge Dame mit kurzen dunklen Haaren und Brille) war sehr unprofessionell, da eher diskutiert u. gerechtfertigt wurde statt das Feedback einfach aufzunehmen. Im Fitnessstudio gibt es nur Becher ohne Wasserstation, man soll laut Aussage selbstverst aus dem Wasserhahn trinken. Das Kinderprogramm ist außerhalb eines Skiurlaubs wenig abwechslungsreich u. besteht größtenteils aus Freispielen und Basteln. Wichtig zu wissen: Es gibt nur eine Getränkestation mit kostenlosen Saftgetränken und Kaffee bis 17 Uhr. Ansonsten sind alle Getränke sehr teuer und man muss für Getränke immer zu dieser einen Station laufen, teilweise sogar über eine andere Etage. Außerdem schließt der Spa bereits um 20 Uhr u. im Restaurant wird teilweise sehr schnell abgeräumt.Fazit:Schönes Hotel, aber Ferien Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht
