The hotel was undergoing a major renovation, and this was not communicated when I reserved the room. The exercise room was moved to a conference room, was crowded, and some exercise equipment was unavailable. The pool was closed due to the renovation. The dining room was in a conference room. The Keurig in the room was broken, and coffee was not available until 6:30. The atrium was closed due to the renovation.
I rarely leave a negative review, but this hotel was not firing on all cylinders; some staff were less than helpful.
