As the hotel is located in a gated community, I sought advice on transportation to the airport. Paulo informed me that calling an Uber was not possible due to the community's rules and offered the hotel's transfer service for a steep price of 250 reales. I ended up getting an uber for less than 70 reales. In conclusion, the hotel didn't meet our expectations. It's not worth a 5-star rating. For a better experience, consider other options.

Es un hotel viejo, el drenaje no es el mejor, los baños tienen un olor desagradable todo el tiempo. Deficiente servicio de sillas y sombrillas de playa. No dan botellas de agua de cortesía. El menú del desayuno está muy básico pero aceptable. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno, el personal amable

Esta en una zona muy regular lejos de Rio.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable y la amabilidad del personal excelente. Lo que pueden optimizar es aislar el ruido en las habitaciones, ya que se escucha todo lo que sucede en la calle, aún estando cerradas las ventanas.
