My stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The cleaning staff were always attentive and constantly making sure everything was clean and well maintained. The staff in general were very friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to answer my questions and assist whenever I needed anything. The location was excellent, only about two blocks from Copacabana Beach, which made it very convenient to enjoy the area. I also felt that the area around the hotel was safe. There was always a security guard outside keeping an eye on the entrance and helping ensure the safety of the guests. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. Everything was very clean, elegant, and there was a great variety of food to choose from. The pool is beautiful and a great feature of the hotel. Unfortunately, it rained constantly during the days I stayed, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it as much as I would have liked. The only area that I think could use some improvement is the gym. The equipment and facilities are quite old and could definitely benefit from an update. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The location, cleanliness, friendly staff, security, and breakfast made it a great experience. I would definitely stay here again, while keeping in mind that the gym and some of its facilities are older and could use some renovations.

Great Hotel with lovely staff everywhere but shout out to the wonderful staff in the Restaurant. Breakfast was so good that my children and I enjoyed every bit of the food we had during our two weeks stay in the Hotel. The hotel’s amenities are topnotch and that includes the internet service, free gym, a spa, a rooftop swimming pool with seating places and the telly in the room had lots of interesting channels on it with a few free subscription channels (HBO Max, SportsTv, etc) to watch as well. Our room was spotlessly clean when we checked in and it remained very clean all throughout our stay thanks to lovely Luciana the Room Attendant and a couple of others. I am rating the location of the Hotel as brilliant as it’s got so much going on around it. There are countless restaurants nearby, every shop one can think of, supermarkets, tourist attractions and to top it all, it’s less than a 10 minute walk away from the vibrant Copacabana Beach. Ipanema Beach is also a short drive or about 20-30 minutes walk from the Hotel. I believe the Hotel has recently been renovated so it looks so beautiful. I would definitely recommend Americas Benidorm Hotel to anyone because it is praiseworthy.

Was very satisfied with the staff, the room and the overall stay. I forgot to get the woman’s name who worked the front desk but she was incredibly nice and hospitable. I will remember her kindness. She and the rest of the staff made my time at Les Jardins a very memorable one. If I needed help with something or requested something, they were on top of it! Highly recommend this beautiful place

Clean room with a view of the beach! One caveat - if you’re expecting a balcony none of the beach rooms have balconies. Also I highly recommend a room with a view or otherwise you may have a room that overlooks the atrium with less sunlight. Another piece of advice - if you book an executive room it already comes with breakfast so don’t double pay! You also have the choice between taking breakfast in the executive lounge which is quieter but has slightly less options or the restaurant which has a larger buffet. In addition the executive lounge does have snacks, cold drinks, and a Nespresso machine available for use throughout the day and they have a happy hour every evening with light dinner and refreshments and a bar.

Le personnel est à l’écoute. La literie est de très grande qualité. Les déjeuners sont bons et avec un bon choix. Bon choix de jus et bulles.

Hola!! Si vas de vacaciones a Río el lugar para alojarte es “el Janeiro”. Creo que 5 estrellas es poco. Desde la atención, el servicio, la excelencia de su personal en cada una de las áreas, la mejor ubicación de todo Río y cada detalle demuestra que NADA fue liberado al azar en este hotel. MARAVILLOSO. Gracias, sin duda pronto volveremos.
