The location was perfect, and the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff were all friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast. The selection could be better, and some of the breakfast staff were not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel team. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel. "Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest.
Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important."
