As a resident of Sacramento, I really love staying at the Hyatt downtown. I love the service, friendly staff, clean rooms, walking distance to restaurants and lounges. They also have a great bar too. Looking forward to staying here again.

We always try to stay at a Westin because we trust the high standards and quality of their rooms, facilities and service. This Location and staff were top notch. Check in was delightful. The staff was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again soon

Hotel is amazing and with great location. That said, valet is 49 dollars (you read that right) and as sad as it sounds this area of town is taken by homeless people using drugs literally across the street.

I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: Comfortable, clean, spacious room, very kind and helpful staff. Decent amenities nearby, including a pizza place and Brazilian BBQ. I was traveling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: I take good care of my car so parking is always important to me, and the stalls in the parking lot are SMALL. Get one near the edge if you can. Overall it was a good stay.

Spacious rooms - an actual suite. Has extra facilities like full refrigerator, guest laundry- nice desk in your room, 2 TVs.

We stayed with family and friends and our rooms were nice.Good to have a frig but we didn't cook. Very little 'snacks' in lobby. A to-go bag breakfast is preordered the night before. It wasn't very tasty but convenient for early check-out. There's nearby restauants in walking distance and parking is easy. The check-in reception agent was very nice and helpful.
