Traveled solo for my birthday and had an absolutely amazing time! Always felt safe and the beach (located across the street with crossing assistance provided) was incredibly beautiful. Cannot wait to return!!

Employees were great. Other than that management needs to be better. Selection of menu for the restaurants was extremely basic. No offerings of steak cuts in steakhouse, italian restaurant menu was limited and small, seafood restaurant offered simple dishes. Alchohol offering was basic (and i dont really drink), asked for natural juices and couple times were denied. Cancelled dance classes, few activities, on top of that family was stuck in an elevator for 20 mins, and property offered no real compensation. No sense of value for what I paid for. On top of that there was a ton of sargassum that was never mentioned, and that made the place smell extremely bad! Really disappointing!

Our butler Edith was amazing! All of the staff is pretty friendly. The food was good and plenty of options to choose from. The pools were always kept up and clean. Saw many signs outside of doors of people returning or on a special occasion like birthday, honeymoon, or anniversary. I totally get why people would want to celebrate here because it’s really nice!

Scheduled a reservation with Spice Interaction for Monday September 7th. We had a reservation at 8pm, and we didn’t get seated until 8:30pm. The timing was super delayed and just a huge inconvenience. The menu offered several items, such as soup and sushi. We were never offered anything off the menu, and only got the sushi when the main course was already served. We never got the soup. The menu also said they had squid and other meat options, but the chef never offered any of those meats besides steak, chicken, and shrimp. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience and the manager there seemed to not really want to help out on how to make that experience better. The night before check out, I didn’t appreciate how an older man working the front desk on Sept 7 at 11:45pm, told me that room service was closed until the next morning, yet the app said that room service was 24/7. I felt disrespected that he lied to me and just did not want to help me. Besides those two incidents, the stay was wonderful and the property was very clean!! It was a great time and stay.
