“Be careful they said they had a promotion for the bubble rentals that included food. Once I got there in person, they denied it. I spoke to several people and no one would help. The venue blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the venue. Still working with Expedia to see if they can help with issue, but I am just told it was sent to support and I didn’t hear back. Also it’s best to have your own car, they have limited shuttle support and we had to walk a lot and far. The staff was very friendly and……

“C'est notre coup de coeur en République Dominicaine. C'est un vrai havre de paix. C'est un morceau de paradis. Nous étions (presque) seuls dans la résidence avec un autre couple. Rien à voir avec les resorts autour de Punta Cana ou ailleurs... La vous avez un vrai bungalow en dur rien que pour vous, une piscine si vous n'aimez pas vous baigné dans la mer. “My stay at the Caribbean Apart Hotel was well worth the money I spent. The hotel staff is amazing and very helpful. The pool was clean and warm, although I did not spend much time around the pool because the beach was close and I travelled outside of Punta Cana a lot, I did appreciate access to a pool. The room was good for the price, did not have any issues at all - the air conditioner and hot running water was the best part. I enjoyed the beautiful sunny walk in the mornings to the Terra Negra……

I was so close I felt like I could walk to them from the balcony . During my stay my flight had been cancelled and I needed to extend my trip for 2 additional stays . “The place was spotless. Cutely decorated and has a back patio that makes you feel like you are in a private oasis in the middle of nowhere. But then, comveiently, you are not. It is a short 3 minute drive to the waterfront with lots of open bars and restaurants or 5 minutes the other direction to town, with groceries, pharmacy, etc. Great location. The host was also very kind and helpful. If we come to this area again, we would stay here again! ”

“We were in apt #2 of Casa Pelayo Cleanliness: The shower hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt. We contacted management who apologized and said cleaning would come the next day. They didn't. The floors, of course, got progressively dirty throughout our 4 day trip but there was no broom and "extra cleaning" would have come with a fee so we ended up wearing shoes inside. Towels were never changed....for a four-day. False description: Speaking of towels, there were no beach……
