"We stayed on the Colonial side and had a swim up room. 14 of us went to celebrate birthdays. We had an amazing time. The lunch buffet at Rodeo was SO good. We ate there everyday. The breakfast buffet there was good too. Our butler, Julian was great and July at the swim up pool was absolutely AMAZING! I really wished the pool stayed open pass 6. "The staff was truly what made the stay, they were pleasant and helpful. Sadly, they were doing work at the resort and water gets shut off with no warning in the rooms. I’d only recommend going here if your child is 5 , they don’t really cater to toddlers. Hard to locate Nick JR. characters. "

Amazing Resort VERY CLEAN !!! VERY COMFORTABLE!!!

"What can I say? This place is literally amazing from the arrival where you get champagne to the concierge, explaining every detail to you and the room is extremely clean and very beautiful. Also on the adult side, which we stayed on, they have music playing.That's very relaxing, and the food is unlimited.The drinks are really good and unlimited.And all the staff has beautiful personalities, and they're extremely nice. I am a stifler on hotels and cleanliness in this hotel was so freaking clean. Our pool upstairs was clean. Our balcony was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything was just perfect, even the hotel. Itself, when you walk around the premises, there's literally no trash anywhere, no leftover cups from people, drinking no cigar buds all over the ground.Is just perfectly manicured. This is definitely AUS5 star hotel. In my opinion, and I can't wait to go back."
