The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the housekeeper was tidy and efficient. We loved staying in this hotel a lot. If we plan to visit Brussels next time, I will definitely stay here again.

Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm.
