Lovely location , staff were great and friendly.

The best customer service I have had anywhere in Europe, they actually anticipate needs, are very helpful and friendly! When we mentioned that we would have to get a taxi at 4AM, they said no problem happy to give you a wake-up call and bring you coffee :) we said yes to the coffee and it was excellent.

Gorgeous renovation of an old building. Hotel in a great location, room very clean and spacious (although very little closet space and no counter space in bathroom). Lovely breakfast and fabulous restaurant for dinner. The food was exceptional and the maître d’ exceptional - very personable and clearly took pride in his job.

This is without doubt shocking value for money for 4 nights in a junior suite. Location is average at best. Staff were obviously contemptuous towards foreigners unless guests were Spanish. Nothing explained at check in. Stayed for 4 nights with not one “Hola or Buenos” throughout our whole stay. They were unaware I spoke fluent Spanish. (Quite condescending) Can’t comment on breakfast as we did not eat there. The room was average. On a noisy part of town. Ear plugs were supplied. That did not help with screaming down the corridors of the hotel on 2 out of the 4 nights @3am. Plug socket next to my bed was unusable “safety”. Two TV’s not 1 smart TV as I would have expected after silly money per night. No iron The Barman was pleasant. A simple request for a cork screw to be replaced took 3 days after asking twice. Terrace - Taking your drinks up 6 floors from the reception. A few chairs overlooking buildings. I could go on. But trust me. Do not stay here. Stay in an apartment closer to the sights. For half the price. This is easy a 15 min walk to the València Cathedral. The only positive this hotel has it’s a 3 minute walk from Xàtiva Metro. “STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE”

The staff were excellent and helpful on all occasions . Breakfast was very good , plenty of choice and quality of the food was good . The room lacked drawer and cupboard space which meant living out of the suitcase - there were however hangers and an open rail . We didn’t like the credit card operated room safe, which was difficult to operate and we had numerous changes of batteries before eventually it worked consistently. We were told the hotel will soon undergo a renovation and these issues will be addressed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it . The central location was excellent. We liked the indoor balcony as it allowed a view of the surrounding roads and life below at street level , once the doors were closed it was very quiet The room was quite dark and we would have liked some additional lights
