Struttura bella in teoria ma, nella pratica un luogo semi abbandonato. Io ho scelto una villa luxory con piscina privata, peccato che la piscina non era collegata e di conseguenza non c'erano attivati filtri e ricircolo d'acqua. Inoltre odore assurdo di umidità, niente acqua calda ed infine il giardino lasciato incolto. Macchie di umidità ovunque....alla fine mi hanno cambiato la villa dicendo che questa nuova era fantastica... allora perché non darmala subito! Nel cambio notturno vado in giardino e trovo che anche qui la piscina era staccata e perciò inutilizzabile. Detto ciò la colazione, almeno quella che amo fare io con caffè cornetto muffin etc secca, la marmellata con formiche...insomma immangiabile!!! Al bar ho chiesto una banale Pinacolada e hanno provato cinque volte e cinque volte è stata buttata. Un bar completamente sguarnito, con bottiglie di rum, amaro, sambuca con dentro un dito di liquore ... una vergogna. Per non parlare del personale e voglio partire dal vertice: il direttore, una persona refrattaria ad ogni lamentela, che anche di fronte a mancanze pesanti, tipo la colazione o la piscina faceva spallucce e ti lasciava li senza dare una risposta.l'unicociente, letteralmente in imbarazzo per quanto accaduto,era il MNG delle prenotazioni, un ragazzo attento e pronto a smussare i problemi. Il resto, persone non professioniste, buttate lì senza che nessuno gli dicesse cosa fare. Poi l'hotel è completamente isolato da tutto. Di questo ho foto e chat!

Staff were exceptional. Food menus catered to varied needs; servers even remembered my lactose free requirements, and altered my menus accordingly. Grounds and beach were impeccable, pool was always crystal clear. Free entertainment most evenings, we had acrobats and a story teller one evening. Security made us feel taken care of. The spa offered a full menus of services.

Everything was perfect... Manager Maria and other staff were very helpful and kind, they helped us arrange every transportation we need and the tour to Prison Island & Stone Town. Beautiful beautiful bungalow and well-maintained. Awesome experience that you won't regret staying in, very reasonable price and I will definitely come back to this resort if I visit Zanzibar again...

位于山坡，酒店全包饮料酒水，非常方便，服务也很好。海滩很美，走出去几百米依然只有膝盖那么深。遗憾的是床垫太软，影响睡眠质量。

Beautiful property with the best staff on the planet. Service was truly exceptional.

Rooms clean, staff friendly, good service and always with a smile. Never seems crowded and always sunbeds etc available. Not much for kids to do although we don’t have kids I would say this is more of an adults destination in general. We stayed after doing safari in Kenya and paid less than those booking a package and then doing day safaris to mainland. So booking separately works out better all round. Beach is tidal and a walk on the reef with a local is well worth it discuss a price or give $10-$20 and I guarantee you will see more than walking alone
