The front desk attendant made this stay so enjoyable. She helped us with directions & restaurants. Her restaurant recommendations were amazing.
Pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Rooms were charming & very clean. Would definitely stay here again. A car is needed to get to main restaurant areas but parking wasn’t a problem so it worked out great.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. The balcony is more of an enclosed room with a small open window and a little foot pool, but it was fine because we were enjoying the rest of the resort all day. It is closer to the theme park and that will be amazing when it opens, but the transportation system with the gondola, buses, and trams are well designed and so easy to navigate. They need more signage for the Bon hotel on the footpaths, however. The only regret is we didn’t get to stay long enough and enjoy the amazing pool near Bon, as we spent most of our time near the Beachland, the main pools, and lazy river and waterside. Vidanta in general is gorgeous, expansive, and very thoughtfully laid out. We loved it! Gracias!

This was are second trip to the resort. We last stayed in January of 2023. The good very clean, food was amazing, nice staff, improvements being made to the resort including adding another tower. The bad no chairs available by the pools or beach after 9:45am, beach area very small, short staff which made wait times longer, being sold as a family resort personally feel that it is set up for couples. Based on cost to stay and how busy we will not be making a third trip back to the resort.

The Luna Liquida Hotel is at the top of the hill, so the view is amazing if your suite faces that way. Ours did, we had the La Estrella room. Huge room, large bathroom, patio with chairs, nice decor.....but beware the metal spiral staircase up is not for everyone! They helped us up and down with luggage!
Eclectic place, the parking was provided for 2 cars total, so be sure to book one. It's not easy to back into it on such a steep cobblestone hill, but we managed.
They have a communal kitchen if you wish to store and or cook your own food. Easy walk to restaurants and the malacon if you can do hills. A continental breakfast was included....lots of fruit and coffee and a bit of toast.
If you enjoy funky decor and all sorts of nooks and crannies, it's the place for you. We really enjoyed our night there. Met some fellow Canadians and everyone was pleasant and fun. I would stay there again.

Amenities out of this world with access to the beach club that was amazing. The balcony is gorgeous with amazing views to the marina and extremely close to the beach club. It was clean, could use new bedsheets they seemed more on the worn side but smelled extremely clean. We enjoy our stay so much and very much recommend it
