“When I booked the room, I was promised an Ocean View Room. When I got to the room, there was a view of a small hotel pool - but no ocean view. I went to the front desk to register my complaint. They said the room was considered an ocean view room. (?!?!?!?!?) They offered to change my room 2 days into my 4 night stay, but at that point we were already unpacked and settled in. They informed me that the room change would also mean our belongings would need to be out of our room by 11am and that……

“Got a 1 bedroom villa in building #2 with ocean view, large balcony and that was great but the room itself smelled old and moldy, very dark kitchen. It was also noisy in the mornings (construction, restaurant, maintenance). Had to change rooms due to original room wasn't clean properly. Second room could have been cleaned better as well (bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, dishes had a strong smell of cascade detergent) Upon check in, was asked to join some hyatt club presentation the next day……

“The service and location of Estancia are the two things that impressed me the most. The resort is like 3 min walk from the beach. If you want to go to downtown areas (which is about 12 min of rides from the resort), you can always get a cab within 5 minutes. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They helped us out with directions and information regarding restaurants. Other than these two points, the resort's restaurants are awesome. We upgraded to all-inclusive for the last two days,……

“The property is located 5 minute walk from Medano beach Cabo Marina and the nightlife district. The property spans an entire city block and is surrounded by gated courtyards and commercial complexes that offers hotel guests and the public alike every service and business type one could want and need. The property is gorgeous and well appointed equipped and maintained. The staff are a true team and they have been absolutely wonderful and have taken excellent care of me. I have enjoyed it so much……
