“The service and location of Estancia are the two things that impressed me the most. The resort is like 3 min walk from the beach. If you want to go to downtown areas (which is about 12 min of rides from the resort), you can always get a cab within 5 minutes. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They helped us out with directions and information regarding restaurants. Other than these two points, the resort's restaurants are awesome. We upgraded to all-inclusive for the last two days,……

“Didn't use any ancillary services. Although, online when I made the reservation, they said breakfast was included but when we arrived, we learned that it was not and they wanted everyone to wear amusement style plastic bracelets to determine which guests paid for breakfast and which ones did not. We passed on paying for breakfast and found a few other places that I would argue are much better!”

“The property was beautifully maintained with lush landscaping and an inviting pool with a swim up bar. Rooms are set up villa style and all have a full kitchen and a balcony. The bartenders were awesome and the property hosts Happy Hour from 2pm-5pm each day with buy one get one drinks. I highly recommend this property. ”

“Decent service and fair price but not excellent. Very roomy with large living room and great balcony overlooking the ocean and the Arch. High quality and strong air conditioners, but one of the toilets was leaking emanating a smell, and the showers in the bathrooms were very different one with a high flow and one with a very low water flow. For the price I would recommend this place. ”
