“The service and location of Estancia are the two things that impressed me the most. The resort is like 3 min walk from the beach. If you want to go to downtown areas (which is about 12 min of rides from the resort), you can always get a cab within 5 minutes. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They helped us out with directions and information regarding restaurants. Other than these two points, the resort's restaurants are awesome. We upgraded to all-inclusive for the last two days,……

“We had a beautiful ocean view from our hotel, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the price. The windows were very dirty, which took away from the view. We also had issues with hot water—after calling reception, they said it was fixed, but the same problem happened again the next day. Food and drinks at the hotel were extremely expensive. While relaxing on a beach sunbed, one server stood nearby watching as we filled out the receipt, clearly waiting to see how much we would tip, which……

“The property is located 5 minute walk from Medano beach Cabo Marina and the nightlife district. The property spans an entire city block and is surrounded by gated courtyards and commercial complexes that offers hotel guests and the public alike every service and business type one could want and need. The property is gorgeous and well appointed equipped and maintained. The staff are a true team and they have been absolutely wonderful and have taken excellent care of me. I have enjoyed it so much……

“We stayed at the Rose for a week during spring break. Check in was fast and simple. Our room was outdated but clean. We had a view of the pool and could see a sliver of the ocean. The beds were so hard and the pillows were too big. The AC was fine and we had hot water. The pool was oddly warm and after a few hours got murky. I saw them cleaning it every morning but too many kids and sunscreen would dirty it up. It would make more sense to have an outdoor shower by the pool than in the sand on……
