An excellent stay and highly recommended for those looking for place in the La Fortuna area

Property is beautiful and luxurious. Our vacation included The Springs, Nayara, mi Amor, Tabacon. Liked...the big rooms with view of volcano from bed. The vast manmade pools as well as the water slide are highlights like a waterpark. The activity center seems engaging, we didn't do many besides the big cat feeding. It was a spectacular experience seeing with the animals. What we didn't like... feels like staff here was lacking around the pool area and never left their bar nest. Also compared to all these other 5 star properties breakfast was not included, $30+ avocado toast +this and that tax:) just felt like the springs tried to squeeze every single penny out of their client. Staff was very professional just didn't look happy to be there, if that makes sense.

Our stay was truly special in every way, the privacy of our bungalows nestled in the rainforest that kept us connected to nature but close enough to all the amenities we needed was amazing. The view of the volcanoes from breakfast and the pool, breathtaking, and the drive in and out so scenic, we cannot wait to return again someday!

This resort is amazing and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the bathroom in the room has a permanently open small window. This makes the bathroom extremely humid and uncomfortable. You have to keep the bathroom door closed so that the room does not feel the same.

We enjoyed a three-night stay at Arenal Kioro and had a very pleasant experience. The grounds were beautifully maintained and created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with the surrounding natural beauty adding to the overall experience. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, personable, and welcoming. I especially appreciated that staff members remembered me and addressed me by name whenever we crossed paths, which made the experience feel more personalized and warm. The room was comfortable and matched the photos shown online. The layout was different from what I was used to, but it was exactly as represented, so there were no surprises. The bed was decent and provided a comfortable place to rest after exploring the area. The breakfast was decent, with enough options to start the day. Overall, Arenal Kioro provided a relaxing stay with beautiful surroundings, excellent hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. The genuine friendliness of the staff truly stood out and made our three-night stay enjoyable.
