Breakfast was ok at best but included. The dinner buffet surprisingly good which we had one night. Bed was old and made a lot of noise and there was no shower curtain so water ended up everywhere each time. The whole system of lights and housekeeping, dnd is old and has no instructions on it so several mix ups with that. Great views and historic property.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite being marketed as a 4- or 5-star property, it barely warrants a single star. I booked a suite for my wife and me, expecting a premium stay, but we encountered numerous issues: the television didn’t work, the carpet was filthy, the drapes were falling off their rods, and the bathroom lights were broken. Worse still, a persistent, unpleasant odor in the room made it impossible for my wife to sleep. The air conditioning unit was only located in the living area, not the bedroom, forcing us to leave the bedroom door open to get any airflow, and even then, the unit was unbearably loud. I raised these concerns with one of the managers, who offered a nominal discount and an apology, but this gesture felt inadequate given the overall poor experience. The only food thing was the helpful staff. One thing for sure,, I will never return to this hotel or any other property in the Sava chain.

When I checked in we asked to extend our stay by one night for a total or six nights. They said they would take care of it but when it came time they offered me a much smaller room with no balcony for more than I had paid for each previous night. I could have gotten a better deal from Expedia. The royal blue is much more accommodating and the food is much better.

Beautiful hotel, Perfectly located with amazing views. Very nice beach and beach bar. Super friendly and helpful staff. And very good breakfast buffet.

Beautiful view from the room, and the restaurant staff were lovely. That's where the positives end. The room itself is dated, and the window AC unit was loud and didn't cool at all. There's no concierge service, and the front desk staff seemed neither knowledgeable nor particularly interested in helping. At $900 a night, the stay didn't come close to justifying the price. Won't be returning.

The resort was amazing. Room and resort were super clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurants on site is really good too. I definitely recommend and will be back!
