Staff Diana & Joel were superb!

Incredibly friendly staff who provided special touches each day. Concierge was assigned to us at check in that we could text or contact with any needs. Never had to wait for dining or drinks. Best all inclusive we've ever stayed at.

The resort was nice however, when we booked we requested a king size bed. Even though the resort was not filled but was actually empty, they told us that they could not accommodate us and could only accommodate 2 queen size beds. As soon as you check in, they try multiple times to tell you they are upgrading you but in actuality they try multiple times to get you to purchase more expensive rooms and try to up-charge you. They don’t upgrade you. Prior to booking this resort, there was no mention that in July, the ocean water is brown and not swimmable due to infestation of seaweed. We would not have booked this facility had we known about the water. Although they tell you that they have multiple restaurants to dine in, they only open 1 or 2 restaurants on any given day for meals. There were very limited choices to dine. There was no entertainment in the evening other than watching tv at one of their bars. Also we requested a late check out for just one additional hour but even though the resort was empty, they said they would only allow a late checkout if you paid for additional late checkout fees per hour. No courtesy extended. The one positive side was the pool staff and waiter staff was very friendly and attentive.

The staff at Eden Roc Cap Cana went above and beyond to take incredible care of us. We had a magical experience & would highly recommend this resort.
