"The staff is incredibly servicial and friendly, bottom to top. The food if excellent and plentiful. Did not care much for the no reservations policy in the specialty restaurants. Makes for long waits if you are not first in line. Our room was spacious, clean and very well decorated. The “all inclusive” has its limits and they make you work to get the good stuff. The air conditioning gets automatically turned off at 3am in the morning so you can wake up sweating before it comes back on. The Mayordomo or Butler we were assigned was pretty much invisible. But it is a formidable property and worth visiting. "

"Property is beautiful, began a little rough with a not so clean room, but after notifying the front desk, they changed my room to an adequately clean one. Food was great, with many options to choose from. Definitely try the French restaurant and the Italian. Both were amazing.
Child care with “Yaya” was amazing. She really took care of our little one. They are lucky to have someone like her working with the kids.
Our Butler Christopher was also great, even going out of his way to find our son strawberry’s at a local market. Pool design, temp and accessibility was on point. Access to chairs were never hard to come by. Water park was a kid favorite. We went daily and spent hour sliding down their water slides, or lounging on floats around the lazy River.
Now a little of the ugly truth: for starters, do not pay for the club upgrade, as what it gets you is not worth the money. Butler, “higher quality liquor”,”private access pools”and two restaurants that didn’t make my top two list, not worth the $100 daily they charge. Secondly, the wine list is way over priced. It’s more expensive for most wines than buying them In restaurants in Miami where we are from. They should sell the wine cheaper and sell much more bottles than not sell and give the house wine which they make nothing on. Lastly, some up keeps needed around the resort but that’s gonna happen anywhere. Overall we loved the trip and the Attention we received. Thank you Hyatt Ziva team. Yosuan Martinez. "

"My husband and I chose this unit for the views that were shown in the pictures online. It did not disappoint! It didn’t matter where you were in the unit, there were jaw dropping views, especially the main bedroom. Waking up to the ocean, sand and palm trees every morning started the day off right.
The unit was beautifully decorated and spacious.
Our host Nicole was awesome! She made this trip completely stress free for us in every way. She is the definition of super host!
She checked in with us to make sure everything had exceeded our expectations and to let us know she was available if we needed her assistance with anything.
I contacted her a few times while there with questions and she literally got back to me immediately. She couldn’t have been more helpful and it was greatly appreciated.
The marina was beautiful, and as the week passed we noticed more and more people coming in. The pool was huge and we didn’t have to fight for lounge chairs, which was awesome!
I highly recommend going to the grocery store prior to going to the marina as some of the restaurants are still closed. The Api bar was our go to place at night and the food was great.
Nicole- thank you for all you did for us. We will definitely rent this unit from you again in the future"
