位置很方便，鄰近地鐵站。 客服很樂意幫忙和解決問題，很友善！ 酒店房間比較細小，設施比較舊，新加坡酒店比較貴，但只是住兩個晚上，可以接受。 樓下有7-11，很方便。

Very good, great staff. Wonderful stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy. However, I order 3 bedrooms with 2 beds originally, but the hotel only provided 3 bedrooms with ONE single bed. They said that it is subject to availability. It is disappointed without any apologies. The pool is good at its design, but it is not easy to enjoy sunbath because the buildings will block the light.

The service is excellent, very helpful and polite staff, especially Mr Jeddy, who is sincere and shows his care about your stay. Water pressure is good with clean room ready. Swimming pool is wonderful during day and night, just that you need to accept the limited sunbeds available. An overall excellent experience and we would definitely choose The Clan for our next visit.

酒店對面有超級市場，附近有商場，很方便 房間空間充足，King Bed 很舒服 孩子在浴缸浸浴玩水很開心

The buffet breakfast is in good quality & services. Lobby staff is helpful ! Room conditions were so far good.

We chose the accessible room. It has a gigantic washroom. However, the washing area does not have an effective draining system so water is just everywhere after shower. Also, there is no place to put things near the shower accept the chair which the user is supposed to be sitting on. Besides that it is very wheelchair-user friendly. Super hospitable staff too.

Pros - room sizes is big. - lobby is new and with indoor kids play area - breakfast is only SGD15 for each one and various food choices - there is another larger playroom in next building - 7-11 at ground floor - 5 minutes walk to MRT station or bus stop - quite a lot of facilities in hotel, gym, swimming pool and etc. Cons - building should be old, so the room is not so clean but not dirty - soundproof could be approved - location is not so convenience, the nearest restaurant outside the hotel with at least 7-10 minutes walk, and they are only local restaurants even without strong air-con. - no large supermarket or shops nearby.

設施殘舊、浴室冲涼水力不穩定、時冷時熱、尤其係馬桶水制非常之差、要花大氣力才可以上水😙、地氈有霉味。以上總總問題希望日後可以有所善。

連通房適合兩大兩小小家庭，空間不大純渡假短居還行
