Windows are blocked and can't see the view. A bit suffocated in the room out if this. But the location is super convenient, nostalgic and the staff are very helpful.

The bar on the roof is great. The room is spacious and the breakfast is wonderful. I will surely recommend my family and friends to stay in The Fullerton Bay Hotel.

Ripped-off. "Premier quad" is actually a single room with added beds. Paid nearly $500 just to get cramped into a <100 sq ft space. Pillow placed right against trash bin. Ants roaming under TV. broken bedside lamp. no toilet paper. Horrible.

I have always been a big fan of the Carlton Hotel, and I believe this business trip was probably my sixth stay at the hotel. I still like the hotel very much, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during this trip. On the morning of September 16, at the Noodle Bar section during breakfast, I was treated extremely poorly and disrespectfully by one of the chefs. I am not Chinese, but I can understand and communicate in Chinese to some extent. At around 8:45 a.m., the chef was preparing food at the noodle station. I ordered two portions for myself and my CEO. He frowned and spoke to me in an extremely irritated and rude tone in Chinese, saying something along the lines of, “It’s right here. Here, this is yours.” His attitude was so unpleasant that I felt as though I had done something seriously wrong and was being reprimanded by a superior. Since it was my last day of the stay and I had never experienced anything like this during my previous visits, I decided to let it go and not make an issue of it. However, if I receive the same kind of treatment during my next stay, I honestly don’t think I will be able to simply overlook it, and I may have to confront the person directly.
