"The hotel is in an area we were told ( after the fact) was not safe. Also, when checking in, we asked if we could get the free shuttle to the airport, and the desk clerk said we had to reserve that 72 hours in advance; despite us staying for less than 24 hours prior to our flight. The hotel did not inform of of this so we had to hire a taxi. The morning we departed, asked where the taxi was and they said, I guess it's coming- we were like ah, we have a flight- international. Can you call them?...

Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator. Yet there was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron, and there was an ice maker in the hallway, but no ice bucket. No restaurant on site.
