Mudge Island Ski Vacations

I stayed here on 2 occasions this summer, the location is the success of the hotel. If you book make sure you have the ocean views which was where I stayed the first visit . My arrival on my second stay I did not get that lucky. Terrible view, very tired room, cracked bathroom sink, noisy creaking bed, old fridge and microwave not what you would expect for the amount we are being charged.

From the moment we arrived the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were fortunate enough to receive a complementary room upgrade which was fantastic. The entire property and room was very clean and pleasant.

staff were incredible. stayed here after camping along the juan de fuca. absolutely would stay here again

The views of Canada Place and the cruise ships were wonderful. My wife loved the access to the health club and swimming pool (real lap pool). What really made our stay was the warm and helpful staff. Great place to stay before or after a cruise. Had good meals at their attached and popular Lions Pub. Feels like a boutique hotel.

I was celebrating my 38 yr anniversary. We stay for five days downtown Vancouver. I like that hotel was around everything. The hotel was very expensive I thought, the pictures they showed online was much prettier than the actual suite I purchased. The fridge was not working good and the space was tight I thought. Stayed five days and no cleaning service they told us. The suite was outdated, like it needed to be mopped the floors .Overall the level Vancouver Yorktown Seymour hotel and suite was ok. But I was still disappointed with the room. I was on the first floor . We just made the best of the stay.

Check-in and check out were easy enough. Customer service was satisfactory. But the property and rooms could use some help. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, you could only lock the doorknob (not the deadbolt) from the outside, and the stairs going up to the 2nd floor did not seem sturdy at all. I appreciated the fact that they were pet-friendly though. They didn't even charge extra for my little dog to stay.
