Our first room's patio exterior door did not lock. Maintenance came and looked and did not return. We ended up getting Expedia involved after no response from the hotel staff with a solution. Eventually they moved us to another room around 11 p.m. and the next day to another suite, which was what we originally paid for. After sending an email to the hotel manager the next day, things quickly were rectified but it did spoil the trip a bit. Elements restaurant needs a good cleaning and is very expensive for what you get. The food is okay but not worth the money. The pools are great and the grounds are well kept.

The place was even nicer in person than in the pictures stay was phenomenal

The first-floor room was completely visible from the outside parking area, and as soon as I walked in, there was a musty smell that was quite unpleasant. The bathroom and the room were dark and filled with a strong musty, mold-like smell. I had to spray fragrance every 10 minutes just to make it bearable enough to sleep. There was no hot water available in the lounge, and when I asked, the staff told me that they only provide coffee and hot water in the morning. They refused to give me any, but shortly after, I saw them provide hot water to another guest. The experience felt very unfair and uncomfortable. I would never stay here again — the place was dirty and the service was extremely poor.
