Great service from front desk who helped us with traveling to Jasper and the road conditions. Room was spacious and very nice. Hotel was nicely decorated for holidays and restaurant is very good as well.

It can be very crowded in tourist season.

Not worth going during the day when hundreds of tourists descend! It's insane and takes a solid 20 minutes just to get to the parking lot, where there is no parking. Go in the later evening when it is EMPTY.
