“Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. ”

“Loved the queen cabin we stayed in, other than the bed. Not sure what was up with it but it was super uncomfortable and my husband and I both woke up with sore backs. The beds in the king cabin are more comfortable.”
