Excellent hotel conveniently located in downtown Seattle within walking distance to the Space Needle and transit elsewhere in the city. That convenience factor is the best thing the hotel has going for it, since it’s otherwise a basic, well-run chain hotel.

This is my second time staying here. While I love the rooms and service, this is the second time I have had to raise this issue. If you offer breakfast in the morning, please make sure there are options for everyone. During my last stay, I asked for vegan options, and while sitting in the dining area, I heard at least four other guests ask for soy or oat milk. In this day and age, it should not be difficult to stock basic vegan items like plant-based milk, vegan yogurt, and a vegan pastry option for breakfast. The restaurant is unfortunately not any better in this regard. Having no suitable options for my dietary needs is definitely a reason I will not stay here again unless this changes.

We stay here every year when we come to Seattle for the tea festival. We are always satisfied with the hotel and it is located just three blocks from Seattle Center and in an area with many different types of restaurants.

Lovely big rooms, beautifully decorated in line with an "old style" hotel. We were greeted with lovely freshly baked mini cookies. Loved the cocktails at the Tin Lizzie bar adjacent. Definitely will stay here again.
